Refund Policy

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund less shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted if post marked later than 14 days following your shipment. How do I get refunded?

To receive your refund, please email us your address and include your packing slip, we will email you a return label, when you return the merchandise so we can better locate your order in our system. Again, no returns will be accepted if post marked later than 30 days following your shipment. International Shipments: We do not refund International Shipments; a copy of postage stamp and label can be provided along with tracking number. Its the customers job to track the order in their own country.

WE DO NOT INSURE NOR REFUND LOST SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE US. Where’s my refund? Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from receipt by our Returns Department. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Upon issuing a refund, this information will be passed on to your credit card holder which can take up to 30 days to apply your credit.
